Marionberry Dreams

1 - 11 oz. Jar Maury Island Farm brand Marionberry Jam
1 Cup Flour
Pinch Salt
1 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Butter + 1/4 Cup Butter, Melted and Cooled
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp. Milk
1 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Coconut
3/4 Cup Chocolate Chips

  1. Sift together flour, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Add 1/2 cup butter, 1 beaten egg, and milk. Beat until smooth. Roll or pat out in a 9x13 pan.
  3. Spread one 11 oz. jar of Maury Island Farm brand Marionberry Jam over all.
  4. Combine sugar, 1 beaten egg, ¼ cup melted butter, coconut, and chocolate chips. Spread this mixture over the jam.

Bake at 325 degrees F for 25 minutes or until top is golden. Cool, then refrigerate for several hours before cutting into squares.
