Scones with Red Currant Jelly
Prepare scones using the easy Maury Island Farmhouse Scone Mix. After taking scones from the oven, slice scones sideways through the middle. Put a generous dollop of Maury Island Farm Red Currant Jelly on the bottom, and replace the top. Alternate: Use Maury Island Farm Seedless Red Raspberry Preserves.
